Easter is next week, right? Living in a non-Christian-based society causes one to wonder because it isn't in bold red letters on every calendar you see. A while ago in a coordination meeting with one of the branches, we were discussing the recent First Presidency letter about services on Easter Sunday. We weren't sure which Sunday was Easter. Anh ca Canh, Anh ca Nam, Elder Westover, and I were at least in agreement that it was probably one of the Sundays before the one in late April when we hold General Conference (after we get the DVD with the translations). The branch mission leader looked at us like we were all crazy and said, "Christmas is in December!" It reminded me of my favorite Chi Huong moment ever when she was so excited to use her plastic Easter eggs for Thanksgiving.
I love Cambodia. And Vietnamese. This is the best mission ever!
