I just said good-bye to my father before he left for work. I have to be at the public health clinic to get the meningococcal vaccine in half an hour. I still have to go to the bank. My laundry is done, but I am not packed. My flight is at noon, and I still have to find someone to pick me up from the SLC airport. I'm conflicted about whether I should say good-bye because I'm leaving or hello because this is the beginning of correspondence. Either way, it's exciting.
